Calls
The phone number on this site is a tracking number. We record the calling number, the time, the duration and the outcome of each call, and we use that data to measure which pages and search terms produce calls.
Calls may be recorded. When they are, an announcement plays at the start of the call before anyone speaks. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and the recording is stopped.
What we share, and with whom
Your name, phone number, vehicle details, location and the description of the damage are passed to the technician assigned to your job. That is the entire point of the call. We do not sell contact information to third parties, we do not share it with additional shops, and we do not add callers to marketing lists.
Photos you send
Photographs of damage are used to quote the job and are passed to the technician with it. They are not published, not used in advertising, and not shared anywhere else. Ask and they are deleted.
Retention
Call records, recordings and photos are retained for reporting purposes and deleted on request. Ask, and it is done.
